ANESTHESIOLOGIST (MDA)

We are hiring a Full-Time Anesthesiologist (MD/DO) for a physician-led practice in Carlsbad, New Mexico.

Compensation:

• $450,000–$550,000/year (W2)

• Paid overtime for hours worked over 40/week

• Potential student loan repayment up to $300,000 with qualifying service

Responsibilities:

• Provide anesthesia care for general, orthopedic, outpatient, regional, and obstetric procedures.

• Work collaboratively with CRNAs, surgeons, and operating room staff.

• Participate in a 1-in-4 call rotation (Monday–Thursday, 7 PM–7 AM).

• Deliver high-quality perioperative patient care.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency

• Board Certified or Board Eligible

• Active New Mexico Medical License or eligibility to obtain one

• Current ACLS and PALS certifications

• Eligible to work in the United States
